Open Letter to HIS EXCELLENCY CJI of India,
Quite often I see news that there are shortages of Judges.
Judges keep worrying endlessly and government keeps promising.
Sir, even in a small private sector company if a worker or a supervisor is going out or getting retired the replacement is immediate. Infact the workers are recruited slightly in excess anticipating the progress of the company.
A watchman is relived only when a replacement comes. That is the system.
Infact the proprietors are not well educated. In most cases they are only metric qualified.
This metric qualified proprietor ensures that the delivery date is kept and he values his customer’s time. He recruits extra workers, ensures they do over time to meet the delivery.
How come well educated honorable judges and other Justice delivery officers have let the pending cases in lacs . How come the well educated, experienced Judges, CJI down wards have let it happen?
Who is responsible?
Is the judicial system awaits a ‘Pro active Man ‘like Shri Seshan?
Can’t the holidays be scrapped? Can’t the retired judges be used?
Can’t the corporate cases be off loaded to respected UK judges, atleast to willing parties if Indian Judiciary system is not efficient to deliver the Judgment in time?
Respected sir, Am I an amature to expect a perfect Justice in time?

Dear Voter Brothers and sisters
Hi
I am an Aam admi ..Your Brother.
The Ugly politicians have suddenly devoloped 'affection' towards you and are promising Kentaky chicken every day, a double bed room flat and 2 sets of Raymond suit to every Aam admi.Just they beg your vote.
Every Begger says that they are the whole sole dealer appointed to take care of you.
Do not belive any of these beggers.Once elected they will Unfold their Hands and start looting.
Post Nehru these ugly Netas have not done anyting for you.
Ask them How many Permanant jobs they have created ?
Ask Prime Minister what is the Minimum wages recomended by his Government ?
Probably he does not know.It is around 100/- a day.Ask him whether he ( a honourable servant
of people ) can run his family with this wage?
Ask him who pays the Bill for the Operation recently conducted at AIIMs by Doctors brought from Mumbai?
Ask him whether he has ever thought of extending " Health Insurance" to Aam admi for atleast Major operations ?
Ask Chidambaram the Finance Minister What does he mean about the 'Infrastructure devolopement' ? Is it Only Fly overs,seperators ,Air port modernaisation etc which benifit the Rich most or Construction of Dams,Power houses,Hospitals ,Engineering colleages,medical colleages which generates employment for the common Man ? Ask Him how much has he done in these sectors?
Ask Dr AnbuMani Ramdoss ,the ex Health Minister What is the Job of the Minister? Is it Only advising People not to Drink Pepsi,Not to Smoke and not to take Junk food.? Or construction of Super speciality Hospital in every Taluk Head Qrs ? How many such hospitals Did Dr Ram doss Built ?
And What did the Great Honest Prime Minister with Rich experience do with these fellows ?
Ask Mr Prime Minister-Why there was power shortage fro Kashmir to Kanya kumari except Gujarat,Chattish gard? Ask him -Have you ever thought it necessary to improve the sector which is back bone for Devolopement of Industry? How many lacs of Jobs have been lost due to the power shortage you Know? Have you ever cared for this Mr Economist ?
Tell PM "You and your team have Failed and .You are not a good prime minister. You did nothing crative. You and Chidambaram,Anbumani,TR balu ( ask Balu how many permanant jobs the setu samudram project would create.How many contractors and how many common man would benifit..Just ask him and reply.Be specific Mr PM)
Tell him "You can at best be called a Good Head clerk. Bade Babu " and not a PM.
Vote for Congress/UPA if PM/Sonia answer this .
Or Boot them..not shoe them.
Do not elect any one who have not done anything for you.
